Letter O Book List
Letter O is the fourth vowel in the alphabet set that kids need to learn. Like the other vowels, there are a lot of aspects of the letter O that kids can explore in the future. Letter O has the long and short forms. It also has also some combination with the other sound letters to create blends. Here are some letter O book list I would like to share with you today.

Children’s Books of 1990 (Library of Congress) Do the Octopus Activities (it has its own packet but then also there are some activities in the Letter O Lesson Plan/activity packet) This is a great nonfiction book and a great introduction to children about nonfiction writing. You can do a KWL chart (and there is one included), and talk about what Octobus have, can do, are… (included as well). This book pairs will with the other ocean book (found below).
Have fun with Olivia…-dressing up -singing songs -building sand castles -napping (maybe) -dancing -painting on walls -and — whew! — going to sleep at last.  Everyone loves Olivia!
