Cut and Paste Activity for Kindergarten
Happy Autumn! I love everything about fall and lately my creative brain has been working overdrive to think of a few fun activities for you! One of my favorite things to do is a Cut and Paste Activity. Cutting out leaves and pasting them into a wheelbarrow sounded like a lot of fun to me. On this cut and paste activity for kindergarten you get to cut and paste CVC words and pictures. Today’s CVC words are from the “at” family. Before we begin, though, I always like to recommend a book. If you are looking for a cute and fun book that is PERFECT for fall, I recommend TREE. It is a peek through the hole book about an owl who see the changing seasons.
Tree: A Peek-Through Picture Book
Cut and Paste Activity
This activity asks the students to cut out all the short vowel words and paste them into the wheel barrow. On the second worksheet, it asks the students to cut and paste the word leaf over the word picture. Both activities are great for helping children learn to read! I hope this makes learning to read a little bit more fun for your students.

OH this is super cute I love the pasting the words on top of the sounds. I’m a sucker for great printables that teach effectively 🙂
Aww thanks…Love cut and paste activities too…they take a long time for the children to do…which is always nice!
